Physician Jobs Help is a plain-language reference for residents and physicians working through a job search — contracts, compensation structures, and the general timeline of moving from training into practice.

Why it exists

Most of what's written about physician contracts and compensation is either written by the party trying to hire you, or buried in language that assumes you already know the terms. This site is an attempt to explain those topics plainly, without a recruiting pitch attached.

What it isn't

This isn't a job board, a recruiting firm, or a placement service. It doesn't collect applications or sell contact information.
